Senior Partnerships Manager - Corporate

Prospectus is seeking a highly skilled Senior Partnerships Manager - Corporate to join our collaborative Philanthropy and Partnerships team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for securing income from corporate partnerships, particularly new business from new partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and build a pipeline across various sectors and partnership types, including strategic, COTY, sponsorship, gift in kind, and more.
  • Manage a portfolio of corporate partnerships, with a focus on securing multi-year agreements at a five, six, or seven-figure level.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new corporate partners, leveraging your excellent communication and pitching skills.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve targets and contribute to the development of the corporate new business strategy.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in building relationships with corporate partners, with a track record of securing significant income.
  • Strong communication and pitching skills, with the ability to articulate the value proposition of our organization.
  • Excellent budgeting, forecasting, and people management skills, with the ability to lead a team to achieve targets.
