Job Title: Security Team Lead
Job Summary:
Bridge Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Team Lead to join our client's team. As a Security Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the performance of the security team, ensuring that expectations are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and review the performance of the security team to ensure that daily expectations are met.
- Monitor performance standards for the site on a daily basis.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that customer needs are met.
- Advise the Manager on stock levels and uniform requirements for the site.
- Report time-keeping issues to the Manager.
- Ensure that the Manager is informed of all matters of interest or concern in a timely manner.
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of current Health and Safety legislation.
- Ensure that incidents are reported promptly by security officers in line with Company procedure.
- Ensure that the Manager is advised of all incidents.
- Ensure that equipment issues are reported in a timely manner and that regular inspections are carried out.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Motivate team members to achieve their full potential.
Requirements:
- Experience of supervising a security team.
- Ability to work and integrate with an existing team.
- SIA and CCTV qualifications.
- Knowledge of security/CCTV legislation.
