Job Title: Band 6 Specialist Dietitian

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Band 6 Specialist Dietitian to join our team at North Middlesex University Hospital NHS Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive dietetic services to patients with head and neck cancer, including inpatients and outpatients.

About the Role:
  • Lead the provision of dietetic services to head and neck oncology patients
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for dietetic services
  • Supervise junior staff and provide training and development opportunities
  • Participate in research and audit activities to improve dietetic services
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide patient-centered care
Requirements:
  • BSc in Dietetics or equivalent
  • State Registered Dietitian with HCPC registration
  • BDA membership and specialist oncology group membership
  • Postgraduate diploma in advanced dietetic practice or equivalent
  • Non-medical prescribing qualification (if trained)
