Housing Liaison Officer - External Affairs Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Housing Liaison Officer to join our team at Service Care Solutions - Housing. As a key member of our External Affairs department, you will play a vital role in building and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders, ensuring that our housing services meet regulatory and stakeholder requirements.

About the Role:

As a Housing Liaison Officer, you will be responsible for providing specialist advice, fostering positive relationships, and ensuring that our housing services meet regulatory and stakeholder requirements. You will be the vital link between our organisation's management and external partners, working closely with a variety of stakeholders to ensure the best outcomes for local communities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary liaison between external stakeholders and our organisation's management team.
  • Provide specialist advice and guidance on housing services and external affairs.
  • Foster positive relationships with external stakeholders, including local authorities, community groups, and other organisations.
  • Ensure that our housing services meet regulatory and stakeholder requirements.
  • Work closely with our organisation's management team to develop and implement effective external affairs strategies.

Requirements:

  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, multi-site environment.
  • Ability to work from home with occasional travel to office or stakeholder sites.
