Role Overview

As a Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in collaborating with fellow product managers, engineering teams, design specialists, and various cross-functional groups to define the vision for our innovative devices and care delivery solutions. This position is centered on addressing the operational requirements for care-at-home initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with product leadership and fellow product managers on strategic initiatives outlined in the product roadmap.
  • Engage with client-facing teams to gather and validate enhancement requests from clients.
  • Solicit user feedback to identify new needs, gain insights into enhancement requests, and evaluate recently launched features.
  • Prioritize and document requirements for forthcoming releases.
  • Work closely with our creative design and engineering teams to refine features and enhancements for market introduction.
  • Represent the voice of the customer within the engineering team, ensuring that technical solutions align with user needs and objectives.
  • Communicate the value proposition of the products you develop, articulating how they benefit users, customers, and the organization.
  • Decompose epics and features into actionable user stories that are manageable for the team.
  • Analyze complex problems and define clear milestones for product development.
  • Serve as the expert for your initiatives, educating users and stakeholders on new features and enhancements.
  • Document Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), decisions, and acceptance criteria to ensure clarity and validation of developed stories.
QualificationsBasic Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated product management experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience in agile software development, including backlog management and user story creation.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in technology, computer science, data, or a STEM-related field.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with varying priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in discussing technical concepts and their implications for users and customers.
  • Experience in data-driven product development and user-centric design.
  • Previous experience leading discovery conversations and serving as the primary contact for clients.
  • Familiarity with workflow tools used by clinicians.
  • Experience with APIs and SDKs.
  • Background in hardware, firmware, and software development is highly valued.
