Role Overview

As a Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in collaborating with various teams including product management, engineering, and design to shape the future of our healthcare delivery solutions. This position focuses on addressing the operational requirements for at-home care programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with product leadership and fellow product managers on strategic initiatives outlined in the product roadmap.
  • Engage with client-facing teams to gather and validate enhancement requests from clients.
  • Conduct user feedback sessions to identify new needs and gain insights into enhancement requests.
  • Prioritize and document requirements for future product releases.
  • Work closely with our creative design and engineering teams to refine features and enhancements for market readiness.
  • Represent the voice of the customer within the engineering team, ensuring that technical solutions align with user needs.
  • Articulate the value proposition of the products developed, explaining benefits to users and the organization.
  • Decompose epics and features into actionable user stories for the development team.
  • Break down complex challenges into manageable tasks, defining clear milestones for product development.
  • Educate users and stakeholders on new features and enhancements, contributing to relevant communications.
  • Lead initiatives in a dynamic product environment, driving results effectively.
  • Document Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), decisions, and acceptance criteria to ensure clarity and validation of developed stories.
QualificationsBasic Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in product management.
  • At least 2 years of experience in agile software development processes, including backlog management and writing user stories.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in technology, computer science, data, or a related STEM field.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with varying priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of technical concepts and their implications for users and customers.
  • Experience in data-driven product development and user-centered design.
  • Previous experience leading discovery conversations and serving as the main contact for clients.
  • Familiarity with clinician workflow tools and experience with APIs and SDKs.
  • Background in hardware, firmware, and software development is highly desirable.
