Position Overview

As a Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in collaborating with various stakeholders, including product managers, engineering teams, and design experts, to define the vision for our innovative healthcare solutions. This position focuses on enhancing the operational capabilities of home care programs, ensuring that we meet the evolving needs of our clients and patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with product leadership and fellow product managers to align on strategic initiatives.
  • Engage with client-facing teams to gather and validate enhancement requests from our customers.
  • Solicit user feedback to identify new requirements and gain insights into recent product updates.
  • Prioritize and document product requirements for future releases.
  • Work closely with our creative design and engineering teams to develop optimal features for market launch.
  • Represent the voice of the customer within the engineering team, ensuring that technical solutions address user needs effectively.
  • Communicate the value proposition of the products you develop, articulating how they benefit users and the organization.
  • Decompose larger projects into manageable user stories for the development team.
  • Define clear milestones and iterations for product development to ensure timely delivery.
  • Educate users and internal stakeholders on new features and enhancements, contributing to relevant communications.
  • Drive results in a dynamic product environment through effective collaboration and leadership.
  • Document Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), decisions, and acceptance criteria to ensure clarity and alignment.
QualificationsBasic Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management.
  • At least 2 years of experience in agile software development, including backlog management and writing user stories.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in technology, computer science, or a related field.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of technical concepts and their implications for users and customers.
  • Experience with data-driven product development and user-centered design.
  • Previous experience leading discovery conversations with external clients.
  • Familiarity with clinician workflow tools and APIs/SDKs.
  • Experience with hardware, firmware, and software integration is a plus.
