Position Overview

As a Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in collaborating with fellow product managers, engineering teams, design experts, and various cross-functional groups to define the vision for our innovative devices and care delivery solutions. This role is essential in supporting the operational requirements for home care programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with product leadership and fellow product managers on strategic initiatives outlined in the product roadmap.
  • Engage with client-facing teams to gather and validate enhancement requests from clients.
  • Conduct user feedback sessions to identify new needs, gain insights into enhancement requests, and gather feedback on recently launched features.
  • Prioritize and document requirements for future product releases.
  • Work closely with our creative design and engineering teams to develop optimal versions of features and enhancements for market introduction.
  • Advocate for the customer within the engineering team, ensuring that user needs and customer objectives are clearly articulated and that technical solutions address these effectively.
  • Communicate the value proposition of the products you develop, using clear and concise language to highlight benefits for users, customers, and the organization.
  • Assist the team in breaking down epics and features into actionable user stories that are manageable for development.
  • Analyze complex problems and decompose them into manageable components, defining clear milestones and iterations for product development.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for your initiatives, educating users and internal stakeholders on new features and enhancements, and contributing to relevant communications.
  • Demonstrate the ability to collaborate, lead, and drive results in a dynamic product environment.
  • Develop and document Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), decisions, and acceptance criteria for stories and epics to ensure successful validation of developed features.
QualificationsBasic Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in product management.
  • At least 2 years of experience in agile software development processes, including writing user stories and managing backlogs.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in technology, computer science, data, or a STEM-related field.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks with varying priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to translate them into user and customer implications.
  • Experience with data-driven product development and user-centric design.
  • Experience leading discovery conversations and serving as the primary contact for external clients.
  • Familiarity with workflow tools used by clinicians.
  • Experience with APIs and SDKs.
  • Background in hardware, firmware, and software development is highly desirable.
