Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Advisor. As a key member of our sales and service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing top-notch support to our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and greet customers to our Centre, ensuring their experience is second to none
  • Participate fully in all scheduled training activities, including sessions at the Toyota Academy in Burnaston, Derbyshire
  • Keep all learning logs up to date and ensure preparation for learning reviews with your manager, mentor, and Learning & Development Advisor
  • Get involved with activities that raise the profile of your Centre, promoting the Toyota brand and attracting new customers

Person Specification:

This role requires you to be professional, have a smart personal appearance, and have high standards of verbal and written communication. You must be literate and numerate, with a desire to learn, and a genuine interest in offering excellent customer service.

Essential Criteria:

  • Eligibility to work in the UK
  • Able to work full time to carry out the role effectively and travel (for residential block training)
