We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our customer service team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer queries, and ensuring a positive experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Process payment plans and upsell products to meet customer needs
- Create and manage new and existing customer accounts
- Utilize our Five9 phone system and management program to deliver excellent service
- Set Hours: Enjoy a stable work schedule with set hours, Monday through Friday
- Great Work Culture: Be part of a supportive and engaging team environment that values collaboration and open communication
- Treat Days: Enjoy special treat days as a token of appreciation for your hard work and dedication
- Smart/Casual Dress Code: Feel comfortable and look professional in our relaxed yet professional work environment

- Reliability: Ensure a reliable means of commuting to and from work, as fixed hours are in place
