Senior Retail & Licensing Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Retail & Licensing Manager to join our Supporter Income & Engagement team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day running of our online shop, leading on product development and retail and licensing opportunities, and supporting the Head of Supporter Acquisition to achieve our retail and licensing objectives and income targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage resources and oversee two direct reports - an Ecommerce and Merchandising Specialist and a Retail and Licensing Operations Specialist.
  • Build relationships with internal teams, external suppliers, developers, artists, and licensees to develop products that generate income and bring the WWF brand to life.
  • Research, identify, and engage suppliers, artists, manufacturers, designers, and licensees to develop products that meet brand and design requirements.
  • Monitor budgets and key performance indicators to ensure successful retail and licensing operations.
  • Experience of using design packages such as Photoshop and InDesign.
  • Knowledge of sustainability and ethical trading practices.
