About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Retail and Licensing Manager to join our Supporter Income and Engagement team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our online shop, leading product development, and driving retail and licensing opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the online shop, including product development, inventory management, and customer service.
  • Lead on retail and licensing opportunities, including identifying and engaging suppliers, artists, and licensees.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, design, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of retail and licensing initiatives.
  • Manage budgets and key performance indicators to ensure financial targets are met.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in retail, e-commerce, or licensing, with a strong understanding of brand and design requirements.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and team development skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Knowledge of product design, development, and manufacturing processes.
  • Experience with Photoshop, InDesign, or other design packages.
  • Knowledge of sustainability and ethical trading practices.
