Licensing Manager

McLaren Group is seeking a highly skilled Licensing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our commercial licensing team, you will be responsible for managing and developing our licensing partnerships to drive business growth and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement licensing strategies to maximize revenue and brand exposure
- Manage and maintain relationships with key licensing partners, including negotiation of contracts and agreements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of licensing initiatives
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform licensing strategies
- Provide regular reporting and insights to senior management on licensing performance and opportunities
- Proven experience in licensing and partnerships, preferably in the sports or entertainment industry
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to negotiate complex contracts
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
