Job Description

At McLaren Group, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Licensing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Consumer Products and Licensing department, you will be responsible for managing and developing our licensing partnerships with key brands and partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement licensing strategies to maximize revenue and brand exposure.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with key licensing partners, including negotiation of contracts and agreements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of licensing programs.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records and reports to track licensing performance and revenue.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in licensing and partnership management, preferably in the sports or entertainment industry.
  • Strong understanding of licensing agreements, contracts, and intellectual property laws.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Fluent in English, with additional languages a plus.
