Head of Community and Fundraising

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Community and Fundraising efforts at Place2Be. As the Head of Community and Fundraising, you will play a critical role in driving our fundraising strategy and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Fundraising Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising plan to increase revenue and drive growth.
- Relationship Building: Foster and maintain strong relationships with key supporters, internal stakeholders, and external partners.
- Financial Management: Oversee the financial management of the Community and Fundraising team, ensuring effective budgeting and financial reporting.
- Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing team, setting clear goals and objectives, and providing coaching and guidance to ensure success.
- Proven experience in fundraising and community engagement, with a track record of success in achieving revenue targets.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Strong financial management skills, with the ability to develop and manage budgets and financial reports.
- Ability to develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy, with a focus on growth and development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
