About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the South Coast region, building relationships with key decision-makers, and driving sales growth through effective business development strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a business development plan to drive sales growth in the South Coast region
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the region, including small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and micro-enterprises
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including presenting the BBX platform to potential customers
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in business development and sales
  • Strong understanding of business growth strategies and sales techniques
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
