About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Clinical Pharmacy to join our team at LloydsPharmacy Clinical Homecare Limited. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving compliance, innovation, and high standards in our Pharmacy Services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead compliance with legislation and standards, ensuring patient safety and legal adherence.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, driving high standards in Pharmacy Services.
  • Develop and implement plans for oncology medication services, ensuring best practices and compliance.
  • Create a robust learning framework for all pharmacists, promoting continuous professional development.

About You
  • You must be a registered and qualified Pharmacist as recognized by the GPhC.
  • You should have significant experience in clinical governance, quality improvement, risk management, and specialist therapy areas.
  • You should have an in-depth understanding of the legal and regulatory framework governing UK pharmacy practice.
  • You should be commercially astute with strong analytical and operational planning skills.
