Job Description

Role Overview

The Account Executive will play a key role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional client experiences for Taylor Rose. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective delivery of key account strategies and meeting business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Client Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions.
  2. Business Development: Identify opportunities for growth and expansion within key accounts, working closely with internal stakeholders to develop and implement business plans.
  3. Account Management: Oversee the management of key accounts, ensuring seamless delivery of services and meeting client expectations.
  4. Communication: Effectively communicate with clients, internal stakeholders, and external partners to ensure alignment and progress towards business objectives.
  5. Reporting: Provide regular reporting and insights to stakeholders on key account performance, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.

Requirements

  1. Experience: Proven experience in a client-facing role, with a strong track record of delivering results and building strong relationships.
  2. Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  3. Knowledge: Strong knowledge of the property and conveyancing industry, with the ability to understand and interpret complex data.
  4. Leadership: Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams to achieve business objectives.
  5. Attention to Detail: High attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
