Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate fleet orders for specific accounts, working closely with network partners to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers and network partners through administrative and operational support.
  • Work with fleet and department managers to refine processes and support the localisation programme.
  • Manage orders using leasing industry software and internal systems.
  • Coordinate across departments to deliver excellent service levels to customers and network partners.
  • Manage the customer experience from quotation to registration, including direct contact with key customers and network partners.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and numeracy skills.
  • Strong verbal and written skills with the ability to influence different audiences.
  • Customer-focused with experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Self-motivated with good time management.
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel.
