Fleet Account Manager

  • Salary £30,000 - £31,000 + Performance bonus

Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage and coordinate fleet orders for specific accounts, ensuring a smooth customer journey from quotation to registration.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers and network partners through administrative and operational support.
  • Work with fleet and department managers to refine processes and support the localization program.
  • Manage orders using leasing industry software and internal systems.
  • Coordinate across departments to deliver excellent service levels to customers and network partners.
  • Identify and resolve commercial problems with a customer-first mindset.


Requirements:


  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and numeracy skills.
  • Ability to influence different audiences through verbal and written communication.
  • Customer-focused with experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Self-motivated with good time management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.


Desirable Skills:


  • Knowledge of the fleet industry.
  • Customer-first mindset.
  • Experience with AS400 and Compass.
  • Account management experience.
