About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Head of Sales and Business Development to join our team at Kenyon International Emergency Services. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic plans to achieve our commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement commercial strategies to accelerate business growth and achieve revenue targets
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and develop detailed business plans
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, marketing, and finance, to develop and implement commercial strategies
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, as well as the needs of our clients
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial management, with a strong background in sales and business development
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving revenue targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
