- Manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Travel nationally and internationally as required.
- Minimum 5 years of commercial management experience, with a strong background in sales, marketing, and business development.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and growing commercial teams to deliver success and meet targets.
- Experience working with various departments, including operations, marketing, and finance, to develop and implement commercial strategies.
- Strong commercial background, with evidence of successfully managing, developing, and growing commercial teams.
- Resident within a commutable distance of Bracknell, with a willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
- Proficient in planning, scheduling, and resource management.
- Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
