About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Head of Sales and Business Development to join our team at Kenyon International Emergency Services. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing commercial strategies to drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement commercial strategies to accelerate business growth and meet company objectives.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify commercial opportunities and create detailed business plans.
  • Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with existing and new clients.
  • Lead the sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, marketing, and finance, to develop and implement commercial strategies.
  • Manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Travel nationally and internationally as required.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of commercial management experience, with a strong background in sales, marketing, and business development.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and growing commercial teams to deliver success and meet targets.
  • Experience working with various departments, including operations, marketing, and finance, to develop and implement commercial strategies.
  • Strong commercial background, with evidence of successfully managing, developing, and growing commercial teams.
  • Resident within a commutable distance of Bracknell, with a willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
  • Proficient in planning, scheduling, and resource management.
  • Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
  • Strong IT skills, including proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
