About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Head of Sales and Business Development to join our team at Kenyon International Emergency Services. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic plans to achieve our commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement commercial strategies to accelerate business growth and expand our customer base.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and develop detailed business plans.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, marketing, and finance, to develop and implement commercial strategies.
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure accurate financial planning and reporting.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure our business remains competitive and innovative.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial management, with a strong background in sales, marketing, and business development.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with CRM systems, such as Salesforce, is an advantage.
