About the Role

The HR Business Partner will play a key role in shaping the HR strategy at Carousel Logistics, a fast-paced and growing organization. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic HR professional to make a real impact and contribute to the company's success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop Strategic Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including managers and employees, to ensure effective HR support and guidance.
  • HR Support and Guidance: Provide expert HR advice and support to managers and employees on employment-related matters, ensuring compliance with best practice, company policies, and current legislation.
  • Employee Engagement and Development: Support the delivery of HR-related projects, including employee engagement initiatives, training plans, and performance review processes.
  • Operational Excellence: Collaborate with managers to drive high performance, improve service efficiency, and identify areas for process improvement.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure policies and procedures are up-to-date and compliant with current UK legislation, and lead on ER cases to ensure thorough and pragmatic resolution.
  • Business Partnership: Work closely with business leaders to drive equality, diversity, and inclusion initiatives, and support the implementation of Group HR projects.
Requirements
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrate a proven track record of HR business partnering, with experience in a manufacturing or logistics environment.
  • Qualifications and Certifications: Hold a Level 5 CIPD qualification or above, and have a good understanding of UK employment law and regulations.
  • Location: Be based within commutable distance to Coventry and Birmingham.
