Job Title: Aspiring Educational Psychologist - Psychology Graduate

We are seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Aspiring Educational Psychologists - Psychology Graduates. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or those looking to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Job Summary:

  • Support students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) on a day-to-day basis
  • Liaise with Class Teachers and the SENDCO regarding the progress of children
  • Provide a stimulating and safe learning environment for children
  • Deliver specialist interventions
  • Liaise with the school's therapists

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the school's SEN team to provide support to students with a wide range of needs
  • Develop and implement individualized support plans to meet the needs of students
  • Collaborate with Class Teachers and the SENDCO to ensure the progress of children
  • Provide a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students

Requirements:

  • Recent graduate in Psychology or related field
  • Experience working with children with SEN
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
