Job Title: Aspiring Educational Psychologist - Psychology Graduate

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as an Aspiring Educational Psychologist - Psychology Graduate. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone looking to gain hands-on experience in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will work alongside our experienced team to support pupils with a wide range of needs, including Autism, PMLD, SLD, SP&L, and SEMH. As an Aspiring Educational Psychologist - Psychology Graduate, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of students and develop your skills in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support students with SEN on a day-to-day basis, providing a stimulating and safe learning environment.
  • Liaise with Class Teachers and the SENDCO regarding the progress of children.
  • Deliver specialist interventions to support students with SEN.
  • Liaise with the school's therapists to ensure comprehensive support for students.
  • Work collaboratively with the school's team to provide a holistic approach to student support.
Requirements:
  • Recent graduate or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Childcare-related experience, particularly with a SEN focus.
  • Resilient, patient, calm-natured, empathetic, and adaptable individual.
  • Hardworking and driven individual who will exceed all expectations of the role requirements.
  • Experience of supporting children (4-18) with SEN - Autism, PMLD, SLD, SP&L - ideal.
