Job Title: HR Admin

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-conscious individual to join our team as an HR Admin. As an HR Admin, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our HR Manager and other colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monthly compilation, input, and review of all payroll submissions
  • Issuing payslips and P45's
  • Completing P11d's and Class1a responsibilities
  • Responding to third-party and colleague enquiries
  • Assisting with the production of contracts and offer letters
  • Ensuring the completion of induction paperwork
  • Maintaining employee records
  • Supporting the HR Manager and others with administrative duties
Requirements:
  • Previous administration experience
  • Understanding of the importance and benefit of complete and thorough administrative procedures
  • Ability to work accurately and methodically
  • Commitment to managing a varied workload against tight deadlines
  • Confidentiality at all times
