We are seeking a highly organized and detail-conscious individual to join our HR team as an HR Admin. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR Manager and other team members.
Key Responsibilities:- Monthly payroll submissions, including compilation, input, and review
- Issuing payslips and P45s
- Completion of P11Ds
- Class 1A responsibility
- Responding to third-party and colleague enquiries
- Assisting with the production of contracts and offer letters
- Ensuring the completion of induction paperwork
- Keeping employee records up to date
- Supporting the HR Manager and others with administrative duties
The ideal candidate will have previous administration experience, particularly in payroll administration, and be able to work accurately and methodically. They will also be committed to maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism.
