About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-conscious HR Administrator to join our team at Sandal Huddersfield. As an HR Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR Manager and other colleagues with administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Payroll Administration: You will be responsible for the monthly compilation, input, and review of all payroll submissions, as well as issuing payslips and P45s.
  2. Record Keeping: You will ensure the completion of induction paperwork and keep employee records up to date.
  3. Support to HR Manager: You will assist the HR Manager with administrative duties, including the production of contracts and offer letters.
  4. Class 1A Responsibility: You will be responsible for completing P11Ds and managing Class 1A responsibilities.
  5. Enquiries and Support: You will respond to third-party and colleague enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to be an organized, accurate, and detail-conscious worker with previous administration experience. Having experience in a similar role, especially in payroll administration, would be a definite advantage.

You will also need to be committed to delivering high-quality work and maintaining confidentiality at all times. Your challenge will be to manage a varied workload against tight deadlines while maintaining the highest standards.
