We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Marketing Territory Manager to join our team at Ted Experience. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing a team of Field Sales Executives and driving sales performance in your region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of 5-10 Field Sales Executives and provide coaching and guidance to ensure they meet their sales targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive performance and growth in your region.
  • Build strong relationships with retailers, Field Team, and TED Experience to ensure seamless execution of sales plans.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Provide expert support to Field Sales Executives on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of sales experience, with a minimum of 1 year in a sales management role.
  • Proven track record of driving sales performance and growth.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a car.
