About the Role

The Regional Sales Director will be responsible for driving the region's achievement of annual profit and cash flow targets, leveraging a deep understanding of the competitive landscape, supplier dynamics, and customer behaviors within the C&C GB On-Trade operating model.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a commercial strategy for the region, localizing the wider C&C model to deliver outstanding customer experience.
  • Lead a multi-functional team to deliver the annual regional profit and cash plan, analyzing performance and creating action plans.
  • Manage the distribution and activation of our own brand, invested brands, and agency brands for the Matthew Clark Trading unit.
  • Develop and implement people development and performance measurement frameworks, optimizing the relationship between sales and operations.
  • Monitor and analyze performance across sales, working closely with operations and central support functions to deliver against budget.
  • Represent Matthew Clark at a regional level with customers, suppliers, and trade bodies.
  • Ensure a positive working environment for all employees, consistent with C&C policies on health, safety, and employee welfare.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of the C&C GB strategic plan across various markets, organizational structures, and cultural contexts.
