We are in search of a proactive Business Development Manager to concentrate on our Acute Care offerings within Patient Support Systems (Smart Beds/surfaces and Patient Handling) across the Baxter range.

Your role will be essential in identifying potential clients and exploring new business avenues in various regions, with occasional travel involved.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A strong understanding of business dynamics to drive our ongoing growth and effectively market a diverse array of products through strategic outreach.
  • A commitment to consultative selling and outstanding closing techniques.
  • A positive mindset and sales proficiency to establish connections, introduce innovative products, and devise effective strategies.
  • The ability to nurture enduring customer relationships.
  • An awareness of the intricate medical landscape and a keen interest in healthcare trends in the UK.

In this position, you will:

  • Advance our corporate objectives and targets within the assigned customer segment.
  • Deliver precise forecasting data while diligently tracking project specifics, revenue, and timelines.
  • Share your unique insights and strategies to uphold our organizational values, inclusive culture, and forward-looking vision.

Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of sales experience in the medical device sector, with familiarity in the capital sales process.
  • A proven history of consistently meeting or surpassing sales targets.
  • Experience with tendering processes is beneficial.
  • Demonstrated sales capabilities.
  • A background in manual handling or physiotherapy is advantageous.
  • Proficiency with CRM software.
