About the Role
We are seeking an experienced insurance professional to take on the role of Head of International Specialty at IDEX Consulting Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our international business unit, working closely with clients and underwriters to drive growth from new and existing revenue streams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of international clients across various lines of business, including Property, Casualty, Cyber, Technology, and Financial Lines.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and expansion.
- Collaborate with underwriters to identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with key clients.
- Manage the financial performance of the business unit, including profit and loss statements.
- Lead a team of insurance professionals to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
- Proven track record in the successful development of an insurance business unit.
- Exceptional leadership qualities and ability to manage a team.
- Experience in managing a profit and loss statement.
- Well-established network of underwriters and insurance professionals.
