Executive Search Coordinator
About the Role
We are seeking an Executive Search Coordinator to join our team at Intelligent People. As an Executive Search Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our experienced team to win and deliver executive recruitment projects. Your primary responsibilities will include performing candidate & customer research tasks, as well as ad-hoc and routine business support projects.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct research to identify qualified candidates and build talent pools
• Utilize our internal Talent system to build shortlists of candidates
• Perform database searches and improve data integrity
• Use 3rd party tools to help build Talent pools
Onboarding & Training
We will provide you with a structured training and induction course, as well as all the tools needed to understand the market and perform at your best. You will have the opportunity to work with a talented team and gain valuable experience in the field of executive search.
Requirements
* Strong academics, preferably to degree level
