Executive Search Coordinator

About the Role

We are seeking an Executive Search Coordinator to join our team at Intelligent People. As an Executive Search Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our experienced team to win and deliver executive recruitment projects. Your responsibilities will include performing candidate & customer research tasks, as well as ad-hoc and routine business support projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Outreach to qualified candidates and pitching roles

• Use the internal Talent system to build talent pools and shortlists of candidates

• Use the CRM system to target non-Client contacts

• Perform database searches and improve data integrity

• Use 3rd party tools to help build Talent pools

Onboarding & Training

We will provide you with a structured training and induction course and all the tools needed to understand the market and perform at your best. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in executive search and recruitment, and work with a talented team to deliver high-quality results.

Requirements

Strong academics, preferably to degree level

The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background, preferably to degree level, and be eager to learn and develop their skills in executive search and recruitment.
