About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Workshop Controller to lead our service department at Marshall Motor Group's Nissan dealership in Maidstone. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising and motivating a team of technicians, ensuring efficient workshop operations, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of qualified and apprentice technicians
- Allocate work orders, manage technician clocking, and rostering
- Ensure workshop operations meet brand standards for quality
- Drive service profitability through time-saving and upselling
- Manage technical solutions, including eVHC and service booking database
- Provide outstanding customer service
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will have experience as a Workshop Controller, ideally from a franchised dealership. You will also have intermediate IT skills and strong leadership, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
