Role Overview:
As a Claims Management Executive, you will play a pivotal role within the Aftersales team, collaborating closely with our workshop and service advisory teams. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee warranty processes, ensuring that all necessary procedures are meticulously followed to facilitate the completion of warranty tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the precise and timely execution of all warranty-related administration.
  • Meet all departmental objectives while adhering to legal standards.
  • Effectively manage your time to ensure all tasks are completed within designated timeframes.
  • Provide a warm and professional welcome to customers and visitors.
  • Strictly comply with all Group and Manufacturer policies, as well as statutory regulations.
Candidate Profile:
  • Previous experience in administration, preferably with exposure to manufacturer warranties.
  • Proficient IT skills, with a preference for familiarity with Kerridge (training will be provided).
  • Strong organizational skills and a process-oriented mindset.
  • Able to foster positive working relationships within the team and engage effectively with customers.
