Job Title: Agent/Sub Agent

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Agent/Sub Agent to join our team at VGC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in rail experience, with a focus on stations, LU, and TFL projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a geographically diverse team to deliver construction management, processes, and techniques.
  • Develop and implement safety and compliance management processes.
  • Provide detailed knowledge of relevant standards and procedures.
  • Manage and coordinate operational railway environment projects.
  • Collaborate with other functional subject areas to ensure effective project delivery.
Requirements:
  • 10 years of experience in an operational railway environment.
  • Knowledge of safety and compliance management processes.
  • Leadership experience working with a geographically diverse team.
  • Good interpersonal, influencing, communication, and organisation skills.
  • Experience of working on stations, LU, and TFL projects.
