Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategize and enhance work activities for the section.
  • Accurately update systems, databases, and records.
  • Create Safe System of Work plans.
  • Process green zone access and isolation requests.
  • Facilitate Plan-Do-Review meetings.
  • Act as a representative for Section Managers during planning discussions.
  • Maintain records related to infrastructure maintenance.
  • Oversee rosters and timesheet administration.
  • Assist in the Assessment in The Line process.
  • Manage filing systems and provide administrative support.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Essential:

  • Proficiency in work plan development
  • Scheduling expertise
  • Core Planning Skills Level 2
  • Understanding of access and possession protocols
  • Safe System of Work Planning experience
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Experience in clerical support and office management
  • Effective time management abilities
  • Proficiency in IT systems
  • Capability to work autonomously

Desirable:

  • Knowledge of operational railway environments
