About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Railway Operations Manager to join our team at MTR Elizabeth line. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the running of a safe and punctual railway on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the management of all incidents, accidents, and emergencies affecting the operational railway.
  • Coordinate the response to all infrastructure and operational incidents, including recovery of normal train service.
  • Work closely with colleagues in Network Rail, RfLI, and internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in passenger train operations and a strong understanding of railway systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to integrate into a multidisciplinary team.
  • Wide experience in the use of Microsoft Office package and control-specific software.
