Railway Operations Safety Standards Manager

Twin Computer Personnel Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Railway Operations Safety Standards Manager to join our Safety Team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain operational standards for inclusion in the Safety Manual.
  • Create and monitor a Competence & Operations Training Management System.
  • Perform Safety Checks and Audits of operational safety critical work.

Requirements:

  • Comprehensive knowledge of railway operational matters.
  • Previous experience in traincrew management or supervision is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of all rules and standards applicable to train operation on Network Rail controlled infrastructure and in depots.
  • ENTO units A1 and V1 (or equivalent) awarded by a recognised issuing authority.
  • Valid Train Driver license.
  • Strong IT skills, including Word, Excel, and PDF tools.
