Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our service users, enabling them to live independently and make their own decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centred care and support to service users, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individual care plans, ensuring that service users' needs are met.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide a comprehensive and responsive service.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Experience in a caring environment, preferably in a mental health setting.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including days, evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for making a positive difference to people's lives.
