We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Care Specialist to join our team at CareTech Group. As a Support Professional, you will play a vital role in providing person-centred care to adults with mental health needs.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality care and support to service users, promoting their independence and well-being.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement individual care plans.
- Provide emotional support and guidance to service users, helping them to manage their mental health.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, promoting a culture of respect and empathy.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Experience working in a mental health environment, preferably with adults.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with service users and colleagues.
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
- Confidence in using person-centred approaches to care and support.
- Good written and verbal skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with colleagues and managers.
