We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Lead Support Practitioner to enhance our dynamic team. This role is based in a supportive environment focused on recovery and rehabilitation, assisting individuals with mental health challenges and a history of forensic involvement.

As a senior position, prior experience in supporting individuals with mental health issues is crucial.

Key responsibilities of the Lead Support Practitioner include:

  • Overseeing, guiding, and mentoring a group of support staff
  • Building and maintaining warm, trusting relationships with clients
  • Empowering clients to achieve independence, self-assurance, and skills in areas such as social interactions and daily living tasks
  • Working on a flexible schedule, providing coverage throughout the week
