About the Role:

As a Lead Care Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for those we support. You will be instrumental in leading our rehabilitation services, particularly for individuals with acquired brain injuries.

This position offers a supportive and collaborative environment, where you will work alongside a dedicated team to assist individuals in achieving greater independence in their daily activities.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Manager in overseeing daily operations and service management.
  • Allocate shifts and coordinate training for new staff members.
  • Support with supervision and medication management.
  • Help individuals manage their finances effectively.

As a Lead Care Support Specialist, you will remain engaged in providing direct support, ensuring that the needs of those we serve are met with compassion and dedication.

Qualifications:

We seek candidates with prior experience in a similar role, holding a Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care. Experience working with individuals facing challenges such as autism, brain injuries, and complex mental health needs is essential.
