Head of Strategic Finance

A forward-thinking international not-for-profit organisation is seeking a highly experienced Head of Strategic Finance to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact and contribute to the organisation's success.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead the development and implementation of financial strategies and plans to drive business growth and improvement.
  2. Provide expert financial leadership and support to senior members of the finance team and colleagues across the organisation.
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address financial risks and opportunities.
  4. Develop and manage financial models, forecasts, and budgets to inform business decisions.
  5. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies.
  6. Lead and manage projects to improve financial systems and processes.

The ideal candidate will have substantial financial leadership experience, a strong track record of delivering financial strategies, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with a proven ability to lead and manage a finance team is essential. The salary on offer is £53,000 - £62,000 per annum, dependent on experience, along with a benefits package that includes hybrid working, flexible working options, generous annual leave, and eligibility for the Civil Service pension scheme option. Occasional overseas travel may be required for the position.
