The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Manager to join our Legal Management Team. As a Business Manager, you will play a key role in leading our operational management, developing our business model, and providing the framework and workflow for our Bi-Borough Legal Services.

You will work closely with our Director of Law and Chief Solicitor to engage with complex projects, champion corporate ways of working, and advocate for the value of our Bi-Borough Legal Services across both Councils. You will also be responsible for challenging existing processes, seeking more efficient and cost-effective approaches, and taking accountability for financial control.

We are looking for someone with proven experience of managing a highly skilled team in a legal practice environment, maintaining and developing case management systems, and having a track record in financial and budget work, project management, and the analysis and presentation of complex business management information.
