This is a strategic leadership position that will play a key role in developing and implementing strategies to broaden the use of financial capability educational content. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing strategies to promote and broaden the use of our Financial Capability learning materials, developing a business model for the financial capability content, and managing and growing relationships with appropriate stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully developing learning materials, implementing and operating Learning Management systems and CRM systems, and overseeing day-to-day operations including managing relationships with third-party providers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing strategies to broaden the use of financial capability educational content.
  • Creating and implementing a business model for the financial capability content.
  • Managing and growing relationships with appropriate stakeholders.
  • Overseeing day-to-day operations across the following services (e.g., IT, facilities management, project management, HR).
