We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Financial Capability to join our senior management team. This is an exciting strategic leadership role that will play a key part in driving our charitable objectives and generating income to fund our activities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to broaden the use of our Financial Capability learning materials. They will build strong relationships with stakeholders and contribute to enhancing our brand identity.

The role will also oversee day-to-day operations across IT, facilities management, project management, and HR.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing and implementing strategies to promote and broaden the use of our Financial Capability learning materials.
  • Developing a business model for the financial capability content.
  • Developing a suite of metrics to measure success.
  • Managing and growing relationships with stakeholders.
  • Managing operational risks and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Working collaboratively with the senior leadership team.
  • Overseeing day-to-day operations across IT, facilities management, project management, and HR.
