About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Moderator to join our team at Lyst. As a Product Moderator, you will play a critical role in enriching our inventory catalog with high-quality product data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manual categorization and duplication of new incoming products
  • Updating shipping and returns information
  • Promotions support
  • Supporting information being cascaded from partners
  • Building and maintaining tooling to support these processes
  • Uploading and maintaining accurate information for our partners
  • Helping to support the performance of the Offside team in Manila
What You'll Do
  • Be confident using a variety of tools/platforms to support your role
  • Manage small projects with help/support from more senior members of the team
  • Have a good level of fashion industry knowledge/understanding
  • Suggest improvements to processes and technology
  • Be task-driven, based on work set for you by your line manager or team lead
  • Complete tasks assigned to you by hitting 100% of your productivity targets
  • Proactively deal with queries and requests from internal stakeholders
  • Provide support and direction to offshore team members
  • Collaborate with your team regularly and participate in team meetings
  • Listen to feedback to develop in your discipline
  • Work collaboratively with other teams and manage/maintain relationships with stakeholders
Requirements
  • Experience working in a target-driven environment, preferably within data annotation, content moderation, data entry or customer service
  • A self-starter with a proactive approach and attitude
  • Keen attention to detail is a must
  • Highly organized and results-driven
  • Passionate about continuous improvement, quality and process excellence
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Working knowledge of Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets)
  • Knowledge of JIRA is preferable
